Q1.How do I setup an account with D'Gifts4less?
A1. Place an order online through our new customer sign in  and an account will be created.
Q2.Can I order D'Gifts4less items not listed in the webstore?A2.Yes, go to the E-catalog section of the webstore to see addtional items offered by D'Gifts4less.
 
Q3. How will my items be shipped?
A3.Our distribution center determines the best parcel carrier for your package’s delivery. The parcel carrier is based on the location, size and number of packages going to a specific area and could be delivered by UPS, U.S. Postal Service, etc. Customer requests for express shipping cannot be met by our company at this time

 

Q4. What will my shipping charges be?
A4.Shipping and handling charges will be billed at the time of shipping. Shipping charges depend upon the weight, size, and destinations of shipments, so we cannot quote shipping charges at the time your order is placed. Shipping charges will be calculated using UPS standard published rates even though we may use other carriers such as US Postal Service, etc. to deliver your order. The shipping charge also will include the cost of any surcharges or insurance that may be imposed by the carrier. A  handling charge will be applied to each product ordered. When ordering multiples of any product, the handling charge will only be assessed once, even if ordering different styles, colors or sizes of a product. With all orders include your street address and phone number so we may contact you if necessary. Shipping charges will be applied to each carton needed to ship your order. It is our policy to do all we can to pack your order in a single shipment. However, packing and shipping depends on item availability, dimension and originating shipping location.
 
Q5.What types of payments are accepted to place an order?
A5. D'Gifts4less accepts Money Order, Cashiers Check and Paypal as forms of payment.
 
Q6. Do I have to pay sales tax?
A6.Sales tax applies to orders shipped to Florida. State tax for Florida orders must be added at your local sales tax rate which varies by county. Appropriate sales tax will be added once your order ships.
 
Q7 Why was my credit card declined?
A7The bank that issued your credit card was unable to authorize the charge. Please contact your bank directly for specific information.

 

Q8. If you credit my credit card, how long does it take for the credit to appear?
A8 Please allow one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your account.

 

Q9. Why is my shopping cart empty;why can't I see items in my shopping cart?
A9.Our web site uses cookies to keep track of which items you have placed in your shopping cart. It is possible that you have your browser set to refuse cookies. If this is the case, the shopping bag feature will not function correctly. Please be sure your browser has been set to accept cookies.
 
Q10. How do I set my browser to accept cookies?
A10. To configure your browser:
1. Open Internet Explorer

2. Go to Tools (menu) > Internet Options
On the Internet Options window:
1. In the Privacy section, restore the default settings by selecting the Default button and click OK to apply and close the window. If the Default button is disabled, then the defaults settings are already in use.

 

Q11 What is your return policy?
A11 If you are not completely satisfied with all or part of your order, simply return it to us for a replacement, credit or refund for the purchase price less a15% restocking charge.
